Does anyone get tingling on one side only?

Hi,

Does anyone get tingling on one side of their body only during a panic attack? I have had this a few times, sometimes just my head. But I just want to reassure myself it is normal and not something else sinister when the feeling is just down one side of my body.

Hi Samantha,

A few days prior my panic attack I had a real tight chest and arm pain all down my left side but after the p.a it went away more or less instantly. You fear it could be a heart attack or stroke but its really just the strain the body feels nothing more serious. You`ll be fine.

Hi samantha,
i only ever get the tingling in one side (never on both at the same time).
I don't always have to be having a panic attack to get it either. Just feeling anxious can set it off. I think you should see your GP for reassurance though, this is what i do with any new symptoms i develop.
