my right fingers are tingling and im not anxious - ms,stroke? ....??

Hi bab,

I still get this when i don't particularly feel stressed so naturally (been a panicker) i panic. However, i have to tell myself that it's poor circulation or my anxiety trying to push its way to the surface. I would be inclined to think the latter of the two as it's a monkey is this anxiety.:)

You are not breathing correctly so you are not getting enough oxygen round your body. The extremeties (feet and hands) will "give up" the oxygen for more vital organs in your body so they get the pins and needles. If you breathe correctly it will go.
