I am new member.
I have been suffering from panic attacks for over 20 years, but lately they seem to be more persistent. I am taking Lexapro and it seems to help, but I often feel in a fog. I travel a lot and have a job that requires lots of public speaking, which brings on major attacks. Some days are better than others and some days I wake up feeling as if I am likely to have an attack. Some times in the exact situation I will react differently based on how I feel in the morning. Is that common? Is there some way to control it better?
