Hi Everyone!!

So glad that I found this site....it's awesome!! So many great people and fab information!!
I suffer from palpitations (ectopics) and they FREAK me out!! Because of these I get panicky and anxious and that causes more and on and on the cycle goes!
Anyway Hello to everyone..........although I don't wish this on anyone , I am glad I am not alone!
