Medication

i have panic attacks every single day. mostly when im at home alone. My panic attacks have gotten so bad, that i do not even drive my own car. I feel so helpless. What is the best medication for me to be on? any suggestions?

theres so many medications some work for some and not others ,gp can advise you whats best ,hope you find right one

Sorry to hear about your panic attacks they can be horrible can't they? I would advise you to see your G.P. to discuss what meds he/she thinks would help you, also the possibility of having councelling if it is necessary. I don't know if you have read any books about anx/panic etc. I would recommend Dr. Claire Weeks Self - Help for your Nerves.
