Its just hit me...about two months of constant panic attacks has taken its toll. Yesterday was terrible...Whilst having an attack i then nearly choke on a beta blocker...how ironic...I've managed to condense my attacks into the two hours i leave before i have to go anywhere..but they are the worst two hours...one step forward, two steps back..BH

Goodness you poor thing!! I forget sometimes that there are people with worse anxiety than myself!!
Panic attacks can completly tire you out after a while. I have been suffering from bad anxiety and worry for the past month and I am feeling very sleepy all the time now.
Remember deep breathing, it really does work! Try and remember the science behind a panic attack and what is going on inside your body whilst you are having one. Not only does it distract you slightly but it can remind us that it is just adrenaline rushing around our bodies that isn't needed at that particular moment.
