I am new to this site but not new to panic attacks. I love reading stories about people who have panic attacks just like me. I dont feel alone. My family does not understand my panic attacks. I started having them when i was pregnet with my son 2 years ago. They have gotten worse over the past couple months. So bad to where i can not even drive my own car. So i love comming to this site to get advice and support. :)
