Another newbie!

Hi all!

Just joined & thought I should say hi!

I suffer from anxiety & panic attacks. I suffered quite bad a few years ago & then managed to over-come them with the help of CBT, but now feel that I am slipping back again, hence being here for a bit of support & advice!

Hiya loopy,

just joined myself so wanted to say hello. Im the same as you, i had anxiety and panic attacks 2 years ago and thought id over come them but they have come back 3 times as worst in the last few weeks.
i hope this forum will help us both.
