I have not been out of my house ina month now and my self-esteem is at an all time low. Wanted to join here for support, advice, etc Thankyou.

until a few days ago i had not been out in months i read on here everyone was recomending a book by dr claire weekes called essential help for your nerves so my hubby went and bought me it and since reading it in one afternoon i have been to the shop the park the town and sat through a three hour evening course at college so while i still have it i have hope now which is something last week i though impossible so just know that u can get better and will evryone on here knows what its like so there is plenty of tips and advice good luck x
