does anyone ever reoccuring images

OK so since i started having anxiety for some reason i keep getttin this image popped up in my head that i need to get surgery, like i am actually on the table,and its always my appendix, i get it more and more when i am have stomach aches or feel nasues, its like i cant get this picture out of my head then i have to go on teh internet and read up on it and stuff its insane, i am wondering if because being put to sleep is my biggest fear

welll i just looked it up and this is what it says and its really true, i am moving out of my house beacuse me and my boyfriend broke up but here it is
