Hi forum, i introduce myself:im a 26.y.o girl, im from Mexico, Mexico City but im living from time to time in Germany.
I´ve been suffering panick attacks since im 17 y.o, until now, not really so often but im always with anxiety, sometimes i´m better than other days.
just for years i´d been thinking that i was the only one suffering this, but thnx to the internet i can realize myself it is not like i thought.
