So i was just sitting relaxing after rushing around all afternoon making cakes for my daughters 1st birthday party, i started to feel a bit heavy headed, weird, but i mean it felt like there was quite alot of pressure at the front and made it feel heavy instead of light! :wacko:

I checked my pulse, my heart was doing about 115, then harder than average beat, and it slowed down a bit, then went a bit faster again.

Does anyone else get this and do you think the head pressure/heart beat thing could be connected?

Im worrying, please advice please xxxxx

sometimes i get like a tight band feeling round my head when im stressed

i get missed beats when im relaxed

i think lots of ppl get missed or fast beats but most ppl dont notice them
