Pannick attacks when someone dies

Hi there,

Im feeling very anxious today, My colleagues dad died yesterday after a long illness. He was suffering from heart problem. My prob is that i get pannick attacks whenever someone dies. Does anybody feel the same. Please help

sorry your having trouble right now. that sounds pretty normal (for us anyway). everyone in here can probably relate to that. when you suffer from panic attacks and health anxiety something like death is the base of all our fears. just remember that your gonna be fine. :) let me know if you wanna talk in chat :)
