hi id like some advise after an attack i have a tight chest this can last for hours is this normal

Yes this is pretty normal. When we have a panic attack, we overuse the chest muscles by over breathing which is what causes the tightness.
I know it's not a nice feeling hun but it's part and parcel of the anxiety.
