Hi, is it usual in anxiety for our fearful thoughts to change, mine was i'm possessed and terrified me, i still get it at times but its eased a bit as has the impact of it, now its changed to another irrational, i am a werewolf which is causing me panic, firstly because the content is so off the wall and bizarre and secondly because it came from nowhere and thirdly because i don't understand if we believe these thoughts when anxious we won't when the anxiety goes, thankyou, love Carol x

Hi Carol. Please try belive your not a werefolf. I completely understand how anxiety can spiral out of control. Just by me acknowledging this i hope it helps. Your imagining the worst possible scenario for yourself. Imagine meeting me in a coffee shop and telling me you think youre a werewollf, you'd probably laugh. We're all with you. Your not weird love. You will get better! Try ignore the weird thoughts. Think of them as weird men hitting on you - meaningless! :)
