Hello please tell me this will get better?

Hi all,

Really glad to have found this site. I am a 30 year old lady who has started to have problems with stress and worry.

Lots of things have happened this year and i feel it is a touch of everything that has made me feel this way.

I have become totally worried about my bathroom habbits. So much so that i am finding it VERY difficult to leave the house incase i am ill inpublic!

Can anyone tell me what is wrong woth me?
