one thing i have found out after being on this site only 5 days is that all the members that suffer from p/a and anxiety are very friendly and kind people:D

I felt quite alone in my anxiety and it's associated symptoms until I found this website,I have had replies from some really nice people who take the time to read your posts and try and understand as hey they are in a similiar place so know what they are talking about,let's keep up the good work!!!
