This is the worst night ever! I have a nasty chest infection and can't sleep at all! I keep coughing and my chest feels really tight, making it hard to breathe. As soon as I try to take a deep breath I start coughing. It's been like this all afternoon with no let up.
I thought that by now I had actually learned to control my breathing issues, apparently I've learned nothing. Haven't felt this bad in a really long time.
Can't relax for even one second. I am not really panicking because this has happened before but I just can't overcome the chest tightness and the need to take deep breaths this time, can't focus on anything else.
I don't know what to do anymore....
