Anxiety

Hi All,

I had really bad anxiety a few months ago and suffered from that unreal feeling thankfully im not as bad as i used to be but am i going to be stuck this with the rest of my life because even though my anxiety is not bad i still think things dont seem the same as before:(

Any help would be apriciated :)

HI RICK..anxiety plays a big part in everyday life and it sounds as if your learning to cope with it which is great...but unfortunatly it takes time....things may never be the same again...but in the long run they will be better...because you will be so much stronger in how you deal with day to day life than what you was before...all the best on your road to recovery...here anytime if you need a chat...pm anytime hun...tc xxxx:welcome: :bighug1:
