panic and anxiety

hi i am velvetbutterfly i suffer with panic and anxiety.. its a hard thing to go through,and cheat you out of patr of your life as you know it.. i been to many doctors and been tested for diff things. now i am just trying to find some where of recovering with out meds i hope..
