I wonder what this could be

Hello everyone. I wondered if anybody could let me know what they think this is please. Yesterday I felt ok, but towards bedtime I felt quite nauseaous and dizzy. I have had it all day today, the feeling sick and dizzy feeling. I havent been sick, just felt sick. Could anyone please tell me what they think it may be. Thankyou everyone. God Bless.

My 3 daughters have had this, exactly what you have discribed
Just this wk as well one go it one day and the other the next and so on
Im just waitung for my turn
my youngest daughter it lasted for 48 hours instead of 24
There are a few bugs on the loose at the moment
I hope you feel better soon.
