Well I hope no one's worrying too much out there, and if you are be safe in the knowledge I'm having a stinker too. It's not nice is it.. everyday woundering and pondering, convincing, repeating, avoiding and trying to smile as people walk past. I've done alot of excersise today and got lost in it a few times - alot of hard work for a bit of relief and a smidging of posative feeling. Not having a job for the last 4 months aint helping much either and spending to many days without seeing or speaking to people, even if it's people I can't be doing wtih - "don't tell them that" ooh well keep your heads up - you can't do anything else!! seeye
