hi everyone... i find this hard so bear with me .. i'm a mum of three wonderful girls and have suffered with depresion and anxiety for a long time ... i haven't left the house in more than maybe 12 years ... i cant or wont leave my comfort zone .. i am ashamed to say... i see my family and thats it ,so i would love for people to chat with..:)
