try to stay calm and not panic it will make things worse.
maybe it is a trapped nerve or something of that nature remember out and makes us think all sorts and induces panic ,i have had the same thing on my leg i had the tingling feeling and part of me leg felt numb i did see the doc about it and he said i had trapped a nerve in my back and it was making these feeling in my leg ,talk to your doctor about it or see a out of our doc if you think you need to Hun
