not a good night sleep

i know its probably to early to complain but it were my 2nd day on citolpram and at 5.30 i woke up and i had slight panic attack so i sat up i tried to go asleep but everytime i closed my eyes it felt like the room were spinning itsthe the only way i can explain it then it felt like my heart were racing but im sure if that were due the panic attack can your heart go thud or was i imagining that im not handling it very well:shrug:

I totally sympathise...

I had a spate of the night attacks. they are really unsettling and they made me terrified of going to bed (which probably made them worse).

Thanfully, they have now subsided... i hope yours stop soon also. :hugs:
