Shoulder/Arm pain..

For the last 10 days i have been experiencing chronic pain in my right bicep area and in my shoulder. Sometimes the pain goes down into my elbow. Its terrible and it hurts all the time. I can't explain what kind of pain it feels like, but its bad.

I have tried rubbing deep heat and massaging it..nothing is helping.

This is one of the symptoms that I get. It spreads to my legs also and I know it really is horrible. Just remember this is an anxiety symptom too and this will go away.

I been having the same problem, my right shoulder has been bothering me for weeks, I think it is the tension from my neck and it going into my shoulder. This anxiety thing is so much fun. :winks:

I've had arm ache on and off for a few weeks now..sometimes my left arm goes completely numb / dead, sometimes it aches. Also got neck and upper shoulder ache quite often...think it's all down to muscle tension.

I am not anxious or stressed right now, thats why i can't explain it.
