Valium

My doc has just upped my valium from 2 - 5 mg, just to get me thru this bad time.

The feelings it gives me freaks me out and makes me feel anxious, is this normal?

How long have you been on it for? How many more has he given you. I used to take 0.5mg and that was enough to calm me down so I guess we are all different.

Did the 2mg make you feel like that or is it just the 5mg?

I have got 2mg tablets and i have been too scared to use them at all! How do they make you feel?

I take 5 mg/day and have done so for 2 yrs with no ill effects.
I am afraid of some drugs so maybe thats it
