Hi everyone.

I have had panic disorder since I was 14. I've been on a number of meds and have recently come off of 8 years of Remeron and Klonopin. I still have the panic disorder, but I can't handle meds anymore. :( I'm trying to learn ways to cope via CBT, but came here to see if I can learn from others.
