beta blockers.

if i just had a regular tension headache, they would get rid of it pretty much right? as i havent had a headache all day. but if it was something physical and serious, it wouldnt get rid of it? any ideas?

Beta blockers as far as I know aren't for tension headaches, muscle relaxants such as syndol would be better.
