temperature spike? really scared.

Ok so I have been fighting with my boyfriends parents for like two hours...and I took my temperature and It was 100.1 F the normal is about 98.6 I think...

Is this just because I was fighting and the adrenaline or should I be worried?

if your still worried take some paracetamol, it will reduce your temperature

Why did you feel the need to take your temperature? do you suffer with a temperature phoboa?

Hmm I dont think so.
This time I took it because my face got hot and I started to feel like I was freezing in my home.

The temperature takeing thing started when I had blood in my stool..I took my temperature and continued to to make sure it wasnt going to go up...Now if I feel my face getting warm I take it...

Or when I get a pain somewhere in my stomache I take it. Just something to reassure me I guess...

Except sometimes It freaks me out..lol the reason I made this board =P

Well its only the same thing as people with a blood pressure problem will constantly check their bp on a home monitor! But i guess the advice is not to do it as it can sometimes make the fear much worse. Sometimews ignorance is bliss :) xxx
