:shades: Hi my name is Rachel. i live in the South of England. I have suddenly become very depressed and anxious for the first time in seven years. The last time it happened was 7 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child. I am so disappointed I feel that way again. My Gp has prescribed Citalopram. I have only taken 10mg for one night but it seems to have heightened the way I feel. However, having read many of the messages I feel more reassured to carry on taking the medication. Hopefully I will start to feel better soon.

:welcome: Hi Rachel and welcome, Hope you feel better soon, i dont know much about medication as i have never taken anytning, thats only because im frightened of pills. I think they do need a couple of weeks to get into your system. You will get lots of support on here.
