Hi my names Luke and i suffer with agoraphobia and social anxiety.
i've had both of these problems for about 3 years it started in uni and has all but put a stop on my life.
I have been given a social worker to take me out which is a great help and he recommended this site and two books by dr. clare weeks to help me on my way.
