Just wanted to reassure you all that most of our symptoms are in the mind.
If you think really hard about something hurting or tingling or being itchy, I bet you can:)
Also, it seems that whatever we fear, fainting, being sick, etc, we always seem to get the symptoms of whatever we fear. Say if we have emetophobia, we always feel sick, if we have a fear of fainting, we feel dizzy and weak. The list could go on:)
