Like me

So these PA's have being going pretty much constantly since last Friday, its soooo tiring...I've stopped waking at stupid o'clock in the morning and am sleeping like a brick instead thanks to Kalms tablets and a Champneys Sleep Spray I got from the supermarket, but I don't feel rested, just knackered...

Hats off to those of you who have to cope with this on a constant level, at least mine (usually) peter out for a while ie a couple of months or so....

I just feel like I want to scream, not that that will help any....

its a horrid illlness is anx and ppl who dont suffer just have no idea of how mentally and physically exhausting it is

and when anxiety is couples with depressive illness life just seems unbearable

prap[s its time to chat to ur gp for something that can let u fully relax?
