split second dizziness

Hey,

Haven`t posted for a while so maybe that`s a good thing! Wondering if anyone out there could answer this? I`ve been getting what I can only describe as like a split second dizzy/lightheaded feeling now and again usually around my period. It can be with a quick feeling of vagueness. What is this? My GP says it`s hormones and stress/anxiety.

I agree with your GP hun...i get this alot of the time awful feeling i know but yet again its just anxiety hun..try not to worry too much (hard to do i know) :yesyes: :bighug1: xxxx

Thanks for the replies. My doc says my health is A1 so it`s a matter of trusting him! My anxiety is post traumatic stress related made worse by my hormones! Still hate the vague and dizzy feelings though!
I know it would be worse without my Prozac although I don`t want to keep on it forever!
