creepy warm waves?!?!?!

last night i was at my friends place watching tv and i started feeling warm waves going through my body, and everytime i looked somewhere other then the tv i started to feel dizzy. ive been really stressed and anxious lately and i had my first full blown panic attack last week. i wonder if this new warm uncoumfortable wave and dizzyniss is a symptom of panic attacks or mabey im dying from heart problems or mabey something else? has anyone else had this terrible feeling before? :shrug:

I have had that feeling when I was "almost" having a PA - was like a warm wave all over but mostly up my arms and sometimes with tingling too X I was scared the first few times but I suppose I got used to it in the end then it didn't seem so bad.

i get this often particulrly in my legs

i try to ignore it

my health does not worry me as such so i think that helps to alleviate worries

yes, i have had that. It's freaky, but as time goes one, i try to worry about it less when it happens.
