feeling so weird

hi im not really sure how to explain this really but am just feeling so weird, im not feeling particually anxious but am feeling weird kind of like something is gonna go bang in my head,
i dont have a headache i just feel like i have a ticking bomb and it is gonna blow i am all confused as to why i feel this way i cant pin point it, i was wondering if anyone has this feeling like you may just drop down dead am sorry if this sounds strange i am awful at putting things in to words

It does not sound strange at all!!

I've had this, and at times i've paced around a room, distraught with anxiety about it.

You need to find something that will take your mind off it: watching TV, having a relaxing bath, go for a walk, talk with a friend.

It's horrible feeling, but it will pass.

hmm .. i'm not sure i had it like this .. i get it like a small or some kinda pin that pricks into my head ..

it's just a feeling .. try to take your mind off it

is awful i just feel so wierd i keep busy but it is like there is something telling me something horrible will happen to me is soooooooooo strange thankyou for your replys x

I feel weird sometimes too, right out of the blue for no reason. But I know it is just me and anxiety so I have to keep assuring myself that everything is okay until it passes.
