Hi all, I am just a bit curious really, how many of you out there are fellow sufferers and how many are professionals.

I'm an experienced sufferer but I'm not sure how you mean 'professionals', like really experienced?

It is not easy to find happiness in ourselves, and it is not possible to find it elsewhere.

Hiya Alexis

It'll take time, I would have to thank my boyfriend as he has supported me as he saw that I had a panic attack, but this was when I was going out with someone else and I got stressed, I haven't had one since nor have I been nervous or anxious, or shy of other people!

It will come Alexis I swear!

Im a sufferer and by no way a professional. The advice i offer might be "pants" but it comes from the heart and how i have suffered.

Love Sal xx

Dont mess up the best things in your life, just because at present you are unsure who you are.

Hi Alexis

Yes it can seem neverending at times, but the important thing is to believe that it can happen and keep the possibility of recovery in your mind.

It's not easy but you can do it.
