New at this, Hello

Hello everyone.

New at this, dont really know where to start. Been suffering with depression and anxiety for some time. I have started to panic about almost everything and I am in the process of being diagnosed with OCD. Mainly to do with hygiene but also routines and turning off the cooker stuff like that.

Well thats me, not really sure if I have written the right sort of thing.
