night out: update

Hey everyone, just wanted to let you all know that I went out last night and ended up having a great time:D I had to take two betablockers to get me out of the house but once I got out I was fine. So I'd like to thank you all for the hints and tips, they were very handy. To anyone else having the same problem, if I can do it so can you thanx again [8D]
