Hi everyone!

I have a simple story. Had a baby last year and a rough pregnancy. During was having Depression and bad anx. attacks. Finally doc says we are putting you on meds. Well now that JR. is here I am changing meds and having a really hard time with it.

This forum is great! To hear others and no there alot of others out there going through the same things.....Hope to get advise and help if I can! Stacy

Welcome to the forum, hope you'll get great support here.
I had rough pregnancy too which woke my anxiety again...Had a difficult delivery too and post natal depression after all that.
My son is now 3 years old and I am coping much better, I am sure we can give you advices.
