i have 3 children 1 of 9,1 of 5, and 1 of 6 months.

most of the time during the day i am really tired even though my baby sleeps all night fom 7.30pm to 8.30am, i go to my bed at 10.30 and i go to sleep then untill 8am no matter how much sleep i have im always really tired when i wake up and really tired during the day,

right now im off work on the sick so im not doing much during the day but that dosnt help.

i seem to have no engery at all.

i do have low blood pressure but i dont think its that.

my face is always chalk white i seem to have no colour in it no matter what i do.

if i do to much in one day i feel bad and faint.

i have no panic attacks the now or have had in months and my anxiety is low.

why do i feel so bad is there anything i could try that wont make me as tired.

hi Taylor,

Anxiety really can take it out of you. Maybe some gentle exercise might help you. Start doing just a little really slowly and build up from there..

It could also be your diet so take a look at that.

It is also true that we can get more tired when we are bored and not doing anything. I know that when I am on holiday and relaxing I feel more tired cos I am not doing anything.

Gentle exercise will help like Sarah says.

Have you any plans to go back to work soon?

not yet nic the doctor wont sign me off due to postnal depression.

i took my eldest daughter to the doctors last week and i said to her the way i felt and she said it could be my diet too as i dont eat veg nor fruit but i do eat meat. it could be that.

she sugested to try vitmains but i dont like taking tablets i always think of the side effects.

Could be the diet then eh?

You shouldn't get any side-effects with vitamins. Just get yourself a multi-vitamin one and that should help.

Did you breast feed ? When did you last have your iron levels checked ?
Take those vitamins- there are no sideeffects

Shouldn't be that if it was ok then and you didn't breast feed.

Ensure you are eating very well and take the vits and see how you go..

Hi Taylor

Hope taking the multi vitamins and eating fruit helps you. I am like you and could sleep all night and still sleep the day away then still feel tired.

I know with me though the more active i am the less tired i feel, but then again you have your hands full during the day.

Love Sal xx
