bubble in head

i know this may sound strange but a few of you will know my fear is having something wrong with my brain, am feeling so anxious today as it feels as though there is a bubble inside my head that is going to go pop, feels like my right eye is sticking out more than the left and my pupil feels and looks weird, i keep having horrid dizzy spells throught out today i cant seem to rationalise with myself at all, it is horrible the build up of pressure all down my right side of my scalp and face.

does anyone else get the feeling like your face feels detcached from your face iam not sure i am making much sense sorry just so worried again and i have been so bloody good just lately

Why wont the fear go away why does it have to keep comming back to haunt me

Hmm, i can relate to the bubble feeling. Sometimes it feels like theres something in my head and I feel like my heads gonna explode! I think these are all just symptoms of the anxiety. I also get that eye feeling. Your not alone hun, its the anxiety getting to you.
