Hi
I've just realised how self adsorbed I've become, and how wrapped up I am in my own problems.
I've just booked an appointment at the Dr's for my 10 year old daughter, who has been having blood coming from her back passage when she goes to the toilet. Even as I'm worrying about her I'm thinking while we're in there I'll just get the Dr to check out my indigestion like symptoms. How selfish is that ?
I seem to spend every moment obssessing over my own health even when one of my children has something going on that you can actually see.
I feel really guilty and angry at how this anxiety thing has changed me as a person and instead of being there for my family they all have to support me all the time.
Sorry just ranting at myself really. Fingers crossed it's nothing serious for my daughter.
