Hi I have HIV anxiety I did a home test that was negative and I used the pipette they give you to collect blood ,on instructions it sayd dont squeeze it which I did by mistake and am now worried there mau be a reason they said this and maybe it can infect me by squeezing something in...is this irrational!

Im not worried about that it was negative my worry is the pipette,is thsi like ocd as Im worried as it touched the blood it could infect me
