Hi Suz

Please don't worry, I have experienced this too, and still do occasionally.
Derealisation or depersonalisation are very common with anxiety, I know it feels uncomfortable and scary but thats as far as it goes....It will pass in its own time, just try to occupy yourself with things you like, that usually helps ( distraction ).
You're not alone with this and you know we're here if you need support.
Take care.
Florence.

Doing things that you used to like doing before the anxiety started can really help..:D

Read the posts Meg as suggested to you. In time it will come back and we have all lost our way at times but found it again.

Best of luck and let us know how you are getting on.
