The Admin Team would be grateful if members could follow the guidelines below if they have concerns with the chat room while Nic is recovering from illness:
1) If you are unhappy with an incident happening in chat and an admin/mod is online then please pm them and they will come into the room to help.
2) If there aren't any admins/mods online when an incident is happening in chat, please pm an admin with the exact time, date and details of the incident. The admin will then look into the incident at the first available opportunity and get back in touch with you.
Following these procedures will help us to resolve any problems as efficiently as possible.
