hi my name is lucy i too dont like leaving the house much i am ok when i have a friend or relative with me but on my own its hard i avoid supermarkets and busy places i am not on medication as i refuse to take it i had a bad reaction to prozac a few yers ago but i am currently seeing a mental health nurse who is trying to slowly get me to go to places that i avoid but its hard work the panic attacks are horrendous so i just turn round and run home this forum is great though i really thought it was just me it nice to know that there are other people that are the same and i am not alone....
