weird feeling in head

OK so i started a new job today, woke up late rushed to work, so nervous about starting felt sick like i was going ot throw up heart racig skin felt really hot, this lasted all day, couldnt eat so naseaus, so then i get dizzy and feel out of it, also got maybe 2 hours of sleep the night before becaues i had panic attacks all night. So i hit my head yesterday on the cupboard and still ahve like a burning tight feeling where i hit it so i am now thinking this is what is making me so sick or is it anxiety i jsut dotn know anymore, like why is it burning in the spot i hit it there is no bumb there.

maybe you grazed the skin when you hit your head? so thats why you got a burning sensation.

hi ouch that must of hurt, am sure it is fine try not to think abiut it coz the more you do the worse it feels

Yeah it did hurt a little bit, but i know i am making it worse i am obsessing over it ahahah i know hitting your head ont he cupboard would not do any damage and have been told by many people it wont its this damn anxiety brain! It has been pretty much 48 hours and nothing happened so i am sure i am fine now!! I JUST NEED TO RELAXXXXXXXXXX but mya nxiety the past liek 4 days has come on really strong again which really sucks
