hot rising feeling

Hi i have been going through the grieveing process and have trouble sleeping,i keep getting this hot sensation rising up into my chest that starts my heart beating and then it goes only to come back and keep me awake, i think its called adrenaline but im worrying its something else.:scared15:

How old are you?? This does sound symptomatic of meopausal. However if you are too young then anxiety i guess xx

I've recently lost my dad so i'm going trough the grieving process but also going through the menopause, i get terrible sweats day and night so couldn't really say what is causing it.
You can get these symptoms just with anxiety also so it's a hard one to answer.
